Our Products

Our ewes are raised in the open air all year round using organic farming techniques.

The pastureland, rich in wild flora, results in a milk production which gives different cheese according to the seasons: young or mature cheese, yoghurt, “fiesta” (type Fêta), "tomettes" (soft cheese) and "tommes".

Besides, depending on availability, meat such as sheep or pork, can also be purchased on the farm.
